This place NEVER GETS THE ORDER RIGHT!! what is wrong with the staff!?! Can’t perform a simple check against the receipt to make sure everything that was ordered was in the bag!!! Ordered a £ order to feed a party of including kids and peoples food was missing! Kids crying and going hungry! Staff probably can’t be bothered ! And this is not the first time it’s happened, it happens every single time!!!! How can you forget SEVEN apple pies from the order!?!? And that wasn’t the only thing that was missing. If it weren’t for the kids demanding McDonald’s we would never order from this branch!! Shame all Uber eats and online orders go to this place if you live near this area!! The Manager needs to get fired for not being able to sort his/her staff out!

I can’t believe I’m taking my time to write a review as serious as this. I wouldn’t normally do this but, this specific macdonalds was appalling. Our delivery hasn’t arrived and we’ve been for over an hour now. I don’t understand how a business like macdonalds operates in such a declining way. I certainly won’t be ordering from just eat again. Never order from here.

My girlfriend and I travelled to this McDonalds to order food and dine-in, to which "Dine-In" is labelled as a service at this location. However, this place seems to only be a collection point for external delivery services as the door was signed as "Partner Entrance". We went in, and it was just a small industrial style room with one serving window, collection order screen, and benches.Basically, if you too are looking to dine-in at this location, it's best to find a different one. I'm reviewing here as star as this isn't necessarily a fault of the location.

Manager tried to intimidated me!As I cant name the manager, all I can say is that there's no need to intimidated anyone at work. Especially for a silly mistake. A mistake that he does not want to be fix (to include your sauces when you pay for it).Chips were cold and tasteless. No ice in my drink and missing apple pie.I have included pictures so that you know where to go to make your complaint face to face and hopefully manager wont try to intimate you.I had made an email complaint and phone call too. Will keep it updated.
